Photo: Gulls

This isn’t a ‘photo blog’, I swear, haha, my camera’s just all I’ve been playing with recently. There isn’t really a lot to photograph if you’re more or less stuck on the 6th floor unless something lands on your balcony or flies over the building.
You run out of interesting things or unable to make something interesting seeing as there is no way a horse would mysteriously find its way onto our balcony — what a sight that would be though, huh?
Anyway, earlier today a flock of gulls flying and hovering between this and the building across the street caught my attention and I thought I’d try to catch one in flight.
Although they’re more like silhouettes, I am impressed with myself for getting them in focus. The original size is over here, it’s not too big.

BEAUTIFUL! I love the colours!
By the way, what theme/template is your WP? If it’s a template that is, because knowing you you might have designed it yourself. I’m going to start an art blog soon and have WP installed but just not sure what theme to use and this one looks nice
Thanks!
It’s a theme indeed, all I did was switch the banner, haha. The theme is MistyLook, by Sadish http://wpthemes.info/themes/
Ooh I like this, it’s lovely. The colours are great.
Another question, how did you get the tags for your entries, and when you insert a photo how do you get the cool white border around it that makes it look like a polaroid?
There’s a box underneath the one where you post your entry where you can add tags to it and the white border is all in the CSS, likely where it says
imgor.entry img, except that with this photo on the top and bottom I added some white space in Photoshop, but otherwise it just creates an even thin white border around it.You can probably just add a top and bottom padding to the inserted image to get that, I haven’t actually tried editing anything in the CSS yet so I don’t know what that will do.
